Brief

Remodel ground floor to provide a large kitchen and entertaining space to enjoy with family and friends. Annexe that was added previously to be opened up to property at first floor level. Provide space for a home office and gym.

 

Solution

  • Create a master bedroom with en-suite and walk-in wardrobe in the space above the garage. Remove staircase access and provide access through into the main house.

  • Front gable extension to provide a double height signature entrance and new feature staircase. Large space on the first floor landing area for a library space.

  • Large open plan kitchen and living room space to the rear of the property. Existing kitchen converted to a utility space.

  • Sun room to the rear of the property adjoining the kitchen for use as a large dining room.

  • Existing games room and dining room to be converted to a home office and gym.
